Sushi bowls could be simply as scrumptious as sushi rolls (and far simpler to arrange at dwelling)! Whip up this nice salmon, avocado, cucumber Sushi Bowl at the moment!

 

INGREDIENTS
2 wild salmon filets (uncooked or cooked)

1 cup cooked and shelled edamame

½ English cucumber, sliced

4 sheets nori

½ avocado, sliced

2 cups cooked sushi rice

½ cup mayonnaise with olive oil

1 tablespoon sriracha

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put together sriracha aioli: Stir collectively mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl till mixed. (You may as well skip the aioli and simply drizzle with soy sauce for a lightened up model.)
  2. To assemble Salmon Sushi Bowls, divide sushi rice between two bowls. Prime with salmon, edamame, cucumber, nori, avocado and sriracha aioli. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
