INGREDIENTS

 

Coconut Fish

2 cod filets, reduce into 1-2 inch items

Coconut oil

¼ cup coconut flour

2 teaspoons garlic powder

½ teaspoon ginger

Pinch of salt

 

Watermelon Salsa

1 cup watermelon, cubed

¼ cup yellow bell pepper, diced

2 teaspoons lime juice

 

For Serving

6 small delicate corn tortillas, warmed

½ avocado, sliced

Cilantro (optionally available)

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Coconut Fish
